Friday the 19th of January S5 hospitality went on a trip
to Auchencruive College to take part in sensory analysis. This
included food and drink tasting; we had to state what we thought of
the food, how it tasted and its texture. We also had to smell things
and say what we thought they were. It showed us how people done this
as a job, and how important it is to make sure that the food would
be bought by consumers.
